At BACANA we serve a wide variety of grilled meats, a well-appointed salad island and various hot dishes, our "becoming-quickly-famous" Pao De Queijo (Brasilian cheese bread), desserts, and scrumptious roasted bananas and pineapple.
As for beef, we typically grill and serve sirloin and top sirloin, garlic steak, beef shoulder, hanging tender, flank steak, and beef ribs.
We also serve grilled lamb, marinated in a Brasilian compilation of spices, pork both marinated and simply salted and tasty Brasilian "chorizo-like" sausages. Chicken wings, drummies and bacon wrapped breast meat come off the grill tender and tasty. Other items include shrimp, salmon and then additional items that vary depending on the market.
